In our statement issued on Friday afternoon, 8th November, we confirmed that ASL Airlines (Ireland) would not carry ITAR freight on our flights to Israel. At the time we could only speak about our own airline, ASL Airlines (Ireland), and our decision was made to address staff concerns in the airline.
We can now confirm that both ASL Airlines (France) and ASL Airlines (Belgium) have also verified that these airlines will not carry ITAR freight to Israel.
Therefore, we can now state ‘unequivocally and without reservation’ that ITAR freight is not and will not be carried on any ASL airline to Israel, this includes ASL Airlines (Ireland), ASL Airlines (France), ASL Airlines (Belgium) and finally ASL Airlines (UK) which does not operate to Israel.
