Dublin, 21st May 2018 – ASLI have recently begun our summer passenger flight schedule based out of Belfast City Airport, operating on behalf of Aer Lingus.
Belfast is a city of huge historical significance and the second largest city on the island of Ireland! It’s also a new market for ASLI’s passenger flights. Operating daily flights to Faro in Portugal and Malaga in Spain seven days a week has ensured a busy and challenging start to the summer.
With tight turnaround times and an evening curfew in Belfast Airport, there were numerous challenges we faced from the onset. Thanks to careful planning and a strong presence on the ground, ASLI were able to ensure a smooth start to what is sure to be a very busy Summer. This new operation on behalf of Aer Lingus helps to strengthen ASLI’s already strong relationship with Ireland’s flag carrier, while continuing to help serve and grow their transatlantic operation.
