Celebrating Gillian’s 25th Anniversary in ASL!
In the fast-paced world of aviation, consistency and accuracy are key, especially when it comes to Payroll. Gillian’s journey with ASL began in 1998 when she spotted an ad in the local newspaper for an accounts clerk in Air Contractors… and the rest was history! Gillian started as an accounts clerk, gradually becoming involved in Payroll, eventually taking on the challenge of the entire Irish payroll function in 2012, which she has been the sole guardian of ever since.
One of her most admirable qualities is the satisfaction derived from her job – she finds great fulfilment in knowing that her work directly contributes to every employee being paid correctly and on time. Despite having never missed a payroll deadline over the past 12 years, she remains humble and unassuming. It is extremely well fitting that she received ASL Ireland Employee of the Year this year.
