Dublin, 27th February 2017 – Last week ASLI were in attendance at The National Civil Aviation Development Forum (NCADF) run by The Department of Transport and Tourism which took place at Dublin Castle.
NCADF was launched by the then Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport Paschal Donohoe on 1st February 2016. The Forum was the first of its kind to be held in Ireland with a goal to enhance arrangements for consulting with the industry on the development of national policy and on influencing the development of EU and international policy affecting aviation in Ireland.
ASLI took part in the forum which was titled as “Making Ireland The Most Competitive Aviation Country in the World” alongside representatives from all major Irish Airlines/governing bodies including The Irish Aviation Authority, Aer Lingus and Ryanair. We were delighted to be a part of the day and by doing so feel we have had an invaluable roll in the shaping of future policies not only in Ireland but across Europe.
